Revolutionary War
Captain Silas Rowley Captain Rowley served from 1775 to 1783, and was
at the taking of Burgayne. He received a pension in 1840, at the age of79. He died October 1, 1854 at the age of 94 and is buried in Lot 17.
War of 1812
Lt. Bildad Rowley Lt. Rowley served in Company E, Brainerd's Regiment.
He died June 12, 1884 at the age of 89 and is buried in Lot 10.
Civil War
Corp. James E. Crossley Corp. Crossley served in Company C, 10th
Regiment, Connecticut Volunteers.
He enlisted in Co. F, 14th Connecticut Volunteers, July 28, 1862. He was discharged, disabled on April 24, 1863. He died April 4, 1905 and is buried in Lot 4.
J. Henry Daniels
J. Henry Daniels served in Company A, 10th Regiment, Connecticut Volunteers. He died May 18, 1876 and is buried in Lot 25.
James B. Newberry
James Newberry served in Company H, 46th Regiment, Illinois Volunteers. He died April 21, 1880, and is buried in Lot 11.
Lewis S. Newberry
Lewis Newberry served in Company K, 11th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers. He died in Libby Prison, December 31, 1862, aged 23. His name is on the Newberry Monument, Lot 21
William H. Newton William Newton served in Company A, 3rd Infantry, Connecticut Volunteers. He died December 29, 1907, aged 66 and is buried in Lot 2.
World War I
Herman K. Hertzsch Pvt.. Hertzsch served in the U.S. Army. He
died October 1, 1978 and is buried in Lot 26.
Edna A Woodford Edna A Woodford was a Connecticut Nurse in the Army Nurse Corps.
She served in Army hospitals throughout the West, maily in Texas. She treated soldiers for wounds and influenza. She died October 27, 1963 and is buried in Lot 7.
Harold L. Woodford Pvt.
Woodford served in the U.S. Army in the R.O.T.C. while attending College. He died January 9, 1974 and is buried in Lot 7.
