The Town of Bloomfield, County of Hartford, State of Connecticut USA is a diverse suburb of the state capital at Hartford. Located just north of Hartford, Bloomfield carries a rich history of active settlement from pre-Revolutionary War days to the present.

Geography: Bloomfield covers  26.4 square miles. The elevation of the town varies from 90 feet to 700 feet  above sea level. Temperatures range from 0 – 100 degrees Fahrenheit, with an average annual temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The average annual rainfall is 43 inches.
